The most perfect dish for a quick lunch or dinner on the go. I have had this shrimp dish about 2-3 times per week for the last couple weeks. I am obsessed with it, even though it is super simple and takes minutes to make. I hope you love it as much as I do! Also, there is an abundance of sides to go with it.
RECIPE DETAILS:
- shrimp
- lemon or lime juice
- extra virgin olive oil
- pink himalayan sea salt
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- oregano
- everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joes (optional, but recommended)
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat a pan with olive oil for about a minute.
- Lay your shrimp on the pan and splash some lemon or lime juice around.
- Let the shrimp cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle your seasonings on the shrimp while they are cooking and remove the shrimp from the pan once they have their pink color on each side.
- To top it off, sprinkle the Everything But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joes on top.
SIDE NOTE:- I like to pair my shrimp with my favorite sautéed veggies (mushrooms, onions, kale, and spinach)- Feel free to pair it with some Trader Joes cauliflower gnocchi, your favorite pasta (if you are not paleo!) or be fancy and make shrimp tacos.
